New Year

Sitting out on my porch this afternoon and enjoying the view, I remembered it’s time for a garden update. Currently everything is growing well. The anemones have started budding and even a couple have bloomed. We have had a lot of birds lately, and it’s fun to watch them. I watered yesterday, but other than that I haven’t watered this month. I might have watered once last month as well. We have little lettuces sprouting up everywhere. I try to help them along, and the guinea pigs love them. I have noticed they prefer the grass clippings though, which surprised me.

I also went to the temple this morning.

I loved how the light was working here.

My office space

We stayed here at the school for much longer than I wanted to because of the rocks. It’s a good reminder to me of how much kids like to build.

Our turkey Trot 5k with my friend Sarah.

We went to the Laurence Hall of Science in Berkeley and got this sweet shot from the outdoor area.
It was foggy a lot this winter.

I used my rosemary clippings to make trees for our gingerbread houses.
