weather

 I go through life knowing something bad is going to happen, but, for now, I’m at peace and even joyful. 

I go through life clinging to the hope of something better even when I feel lost in the dark, drowning in sorrow.

I am both of these. Different times find me at different places, but always aware that a change is coming, ever coming, for me.
